Hi guys this is my first post so let me start off with by saying HI!
I have a geovision 1480 8 Camera PC System, the current system only has 6 cameras hooked up. 3 of the cameras have a acquired a permanent red tint. 3 of the cameras are in perfect running order. this red tint came on over time, the system is 3 years old give or take. i am running the current software 8.3.4. The display setting is at default and changing them does not make any difference. these cameras were once full color cameras (Veilux SVB-60IRC28L3516D) in day and b/w at night. the cameras are in a restaurant/bar environment (Smoke Free). the only real obstacle is the windows in the camera view (only one camera) in the daylight hours. My question is, do you think it would be beneficial to upgrade the cameras that have the problems or just simply replace them with the same model? this is assuming that they in fact the problem.
