Hello All Panasonic DVR's and NVR's require a specific player depending on the model number. If you are able to provide the file format (the extension) I would be able to point you to the type of player. Panasonic does use a proprietary codec with a water mark for legal submission to various agencies globally and you will not be able to play the file on any conventional media player unless the original source is transcoded into another format.
