Help Findding driver & software for my dvr card

I have "CCTV 16-port Digital Video Recorder DVR 120fps" dvr card.I used to use it before .I lost cd of it.Can some1 pls identify and let me know where to get driver and software for it.I download driver from "http://btwincap.sourceforge.net/" but it only installed driver for audio controller.it didnt install for video controller. i am attaching image .pls let me know.thx
