We have installed HIKVision 4 channel DVR to the client and it was working well, today the client resisted a complaint that DVR can't Play back . When we went and checked the DVR the status was recording but the HDD Status was in error . so we restarted the DVR . when the DVR booted it was started asking for format .
I have tried restarting may times , its the same...How can i Solve this issue?
Any software for recovering the DATA??
Please Help Me
