    HIK Vision

    We have installed HIKVision 4 channel DVR to the client and it was working well, today the client resisted a complaint that DVR can't Play back . When we went and checked the DVR the status was recording but the HDD Status was in error . so we restarted the DVR . when the DVR booted it was started asking for format . I have tried restarting may times , its the same...How can i Solve this issue? Any software for recovering the DATA?? Please Help Me
  2. We have installed a 16 Channel (Allimex 1610) DVR for one of the bank , it been working for last 1 year very well no complaints. but a few months back we received a call that DVR is not working. When we went and checked that DVR is bringing a message ( file System Broken) when its detects Hdd. when i we go to the HDD setup it even asks for format.(but we didn't format) as the DVR is for the Bank there is impotent footage which needs to be backed up. What I need to know as the DVR comes with Unknown file format , is i format and try for DATA recovery will it work?? if it works what are instructions? Can any please help me with this Issue ..I'll be very great full.
