    IP Camera with Joystick

I'm using a Viostor NVR to record the video. I talked to Canon and they didn't "recommend" any joystick, which means they didn't make one themselves. I've been directed to the joystick you said, but no one knows for sure if it works. I just didn't want to go out and buy it if it didn't work. I'm open to other camera suggestions though, because I really need this joystick to work. I want something that I can put on a tripod, point it in a direction, and when the person I'm watching comes out..I want to be able to use a joystick to move the camera to follow the person I'm investigating.
  2. Hey everyone, new to the forum. I need some help with a few things. Right now I own a Canon VB-C60 and my hopes were to use it for P.I. Surveillance (which is my profession). This way I could set the camera up, and not have to physically be there holding the camera. The set up worked fine, I used Wimax/Clear to broadcast the video, but the VB-C60's panning isn't very smooth. When your controlling the camera you have to point and click, or use the panning arrows...both which result in shaky, unimpressive movement that makes it hard to follow the person your recording. I then embarked on a journey to find a joystick that is compatible with the camera, but I had no luck. So does anyone know of a joystick that works with the VB-C60? And if not is there another camera that you would recommend that has a smooth pan/tilt movement, that's compatible with a joystick? Thanks a lot for your time guys.
