Need Help...Hauppage 878 Card (64900)

I am in the middle of rebuilding a customers dvr that crapped out. They have the Hauppage 64900 (878 Chip), and they cannot find their software cd. Is there somewhere that anyone can point me at that can help me get this fixed??? Thanks.
