Recorded Video Output Placed on Webpage for Playback

We are using GV-NVR-06 NVR Software - recording a meeting - need to playback (later) on a web page - video recorder is not on a public IP - so normally export the video / audio to avi file - then convert to .mov - embed in page - but audio is not great - and video is not great either.. Any suggestions on a better solution?
