Do most PTZ Analog Cameras memorize the Zoom in a preset?
Charles Liu replied to Joel Mateo's topic in Security Cameras
Well, it depends, most low ends do not. -
Tesc is right, but the problem is that the client will ask your price in advance, whatever your service is, if your price is a little bit higher, and you will be "passed" from the beginning...

I think most cameras are okey, if just for security purpose.

Effio-e are applied mostly on 700TVL or above, better than Hitachi DSP solution I suppose...

3x varifocal is that iris, focal length, focus adjustable, it is sort of "low level" camera, 2x maybe better.

the answer is yes. there are many kinds of IR D/N, when in sunlight, the filter mounted to remove the IR for you to get clear vision, at night, the filter unmounted for you to see image of IR. The filter could be realized physically or just a progremm on DSP. the key point is the timing of IR "light on", it must be the same moment which IR filter unmounted.
