Loosened a screw on the lens... dosent really seem to do much.. still cant focus on the wide setting..

hey thanks for the fast reply. I just read a post about backfocus.. Gonna try to adjust a screw. The lens works nice except for WIDE. The ring stops just before coming into focus. Trying the adjustment right now. Fingers crossed.

Hello, I just got 4 dome cams... CNB VCM-24VF 2.8-10mm When I set then lens to the 2.8mm position it wont let me focus.. This is the same for all 4 cams.. I have another 24vf cam (not from CNB) and it works fine at 2.8mm. Is this a known issue? i dont understand. Can anyone share their opinion please.. Contacted the site where i got them from.. They still havent given me an answer.. PLz help..
