Hey, I am not sure if this is too late but i have checked it today check the version of the Rasplus software that you have being using. Get that upgraded to Rasplus 1.4.4 and upgrade. You usually get this error message when your network ports are 8000~12000 are enabled but they are enganged in the box. Try to connect the DVR directly using a crossover cable to the PC and see if that help. Thanks
