Update: Problem solved so pls remove this post. Thank's Hi everyone, This is my first post on this forum so I would like to welcome all users. I'm trying to setup PTZ control with equipment mentioned in the subject. This is addition to the system already installed (42 cameras). First thing and maybe crusial is when I got to web interface of encoder there is missing PTZ menu. According manual it should be visible when you login as admin/123456. What I can see after login is just setup. The firmware of encoder is ver. 3.12.15. Encoder - camera config is like this: Connection from encoder to camera : 2 wires - Rx- on camera to Tx- on encoder and Rx+ on camera to Tx+ on encoder. Encoder port in use RS485 (set default on dip encoder switches). In th encoder web interface serial port set to 2400 baud, 8, none,1. In the Milestone PTZ for camera - active and set to COM1 port 1 and Acti Absolute type (like the other same type cameras I have connected except they have axis absolute ). I tryied also Pelco D type, but no difference. In the camera properties PTZ type 1 (stored on the server) - like the other same type PTZ cameras in use. Service on the server reset many times. Clients also. Can you see something wrong in this settings? Thank's for any help solving this. rgds
