I have used several units including the wall mount which is basically the same as a TL. I am finding basic problems w/ all the Specos I have used and looking for a more reliable dvr (any thoughts). All have UPS's and upgraded firmware. They stop recording, you view live but the database is not available. Tech support has been of little help. Had same problems w/ Dedicated Micros.

I have had a very fustrating time finding a reliable dvr that will not lock-up or stop recording. Started w/ Dedicated Micros and moved to Speco. Both have been a disaster. I have spent a great deal of time & money on both products and a # of angry clients. Would appreciate any help or thoughts. Thank you
