Hi, I have an old 16 channel DVR which is branded DVR365.com We have a few problems with recorded content when using high quality recording settings and was hoping there was a firmware update available for it? I can't find the exact model but from the web monitor about it says: Web Ver 1.8.6.0 Bios Version Ver-2.8 -H264 DVR(SX-16) -2006:9 16/10 Can anyone help me identify the exact Dahua model number and also advise if there is any updated firmware available?
