I need to customize the background when i use the keylock utility, on a windows 7 pc. I could make it with windows xp, but with windows 7 it's totally different, i only got a black screen... Anyone knows how to do it??

I'm located in france and i'm using pal system, do you think that there's a problem with it ? Thanks

I'm having problems with taht model (tested with different cameras), that stays in black and white, and ofently it disappears from my multiview, and come back later.I've check my network and everything is good. Any ideas???
