Hello, I had my Geovision card upgraded to 6.1 about a year ago. Just recently I had to save an incident to CD for evidence. When I tested the CD playback I got a “runtime error…………contact software developers….†-
Annoying isn't it. I have the same problem now but only after the 6.1 upgrade chip was installed. Geovisions response was essentially ... "Hmmmmm!"
