i have a jvc everio gz hm300, i also purchased a Zykkor 950nm ir pass filter. i was wanting to know, do you have to have some kind of night vision mode to use this filter? because my camera does not have one, but is sensitive to ir light, so i thought using a ir pass filter would allow me to see night vision. so how would i get my camcorder to see in complete darkness. i wanted to use it for ghost hunting. Thank you
