i figured out how to reset pass codes back to default, hold enter button on front panel and reboot the system keep holding enter untill unit has booted up and pass codes should be reset to default, default user code 1234 default admin code 4444, figured this out just by trial and error my unit is the ge digia ii 4 camera. i know this info is a bit late but hope this helps others, been trying to reset unit for months now and ge said only way isto send unit to them
