I had the same problem, you need to use a different port, try 5555 on the DVR and the same on your router, took me a while but I got there. Port 80 is useless with vodafone.

Hope someone can help, because you don't get any help off eagleeyes. I have the eagleeyes app on my phone, HTC Desire s, I can log in on wifi anywhere and view my cameras but when I try to view them over 3G it logs in and try's to load, then it just keeps saying loading and never dose. I'm using the Avtech 674. Thank you Craig
