Helo I just purchased Chinese DVR through my sister in China (the model is SDVR-9016i which is the same model as the one that www.secu365.cn has ) . I'm in Indonesia. I just had problems with SDVR-9016i (SMART DVR) . I happened to install 4 units SDVR9016i in government office. I tried to upload "GOVERNMENT LOGO" to the DVR using UPGRADE TOOL which was included in the CDs. When I clicked "IP SEARCH", all 4 IP ADDRESSES could be found. So I ticked them all and uploaded the "store_logo.bmp" file to all 4 DVRs at the same time. What happen is that I forgot the size of file must be very small, I totally forgot to reduce the image resolutions. So the result is , I managed sucessfuly to upload the logo into 2 DVRs but failed for the rest twos. For the two DVR that is sucessful, I re-upload the logo with smaller file (so no problem now!). What happened to the other two DVRs which is failed: It always reboot, after displaying multi color screen it goes dark screen and after few minutes reboot again and again. I try and try to scan the IP ADDRESS for these two, but The Upgrade Tool can't DETECT these two IP ADRESSES. My question is: ]Can I hard reset it so it can be back to normal? How to fix it? How to reset it?[/size] For your information, I managed to upload my logo to chinese DVR many times, but this time is the 1st time I uploaded the logo to 4 DVRs at the same time.
