Make a html file to view different channels

Hi guys, I'm now using iDVR4000 with TW6816 chips DVR card. Ideally, I would like visitors to simply open a web page and see the cams there without needing to input DVR server IP, user name and password. Can this be done? Has someone already done this successfully? Thanks!
