hello all my company has been buying cards from pcsurveillance.net for years now, recently, the last 4 dvr systems i have built using cards from them, the systems have TERRIBLE reliability. here is the cards that seem to be defective 4 times in a row: [edit by mod=store link removed] I have spent hours on the phone with them trying to get support and they blame the issues, which is the computers crashing/blue screening, on the fact that I don't have a mother board made by Intel. we have been using the MSI here as you can see it has an Intel chipset both north and south bridge, North Bridge Intel G41 South Bridge Intel ICH7 they want me to get a Intel DG41WV board but i compared them side by side and the only difference is the PCB board manufacturer. anyone have any info on the quality of this card?
