Hi all- any insight / advice would be appreciated- in the last week i've had two unrelated customers with the same issue- Windows Defender is tagging Smart PSS as a virus (save the snark please) and is uninstalling it- the 1st occurrence was V1.16 and the 2nd was V1.4 I verified with my supplier that this is a known issue (lord save me) - Have you run into this? And if so have you been able to document the Windows Defender work around? Much thanks-

We're also big fans of the Dahua dvr's easy to configure, reelable and they work like a champ

if you port forwarded 88 for http then i found the setup in the super cam to call for the ipaddress:port ie 72.11.66.357:88 hope that helps- steve

are you able to see the DVR on the local network? if so you can use www.canyouseeme.org to verify that the ports are opened and forwarding to the DVR properly i hope this helps- steve
