Hi, how are you? How to access video viewer of Avtech DVR if we forgot the username and password? (not DVR password) How many hostname of default ddns of Avtech could be fitted in one email account? Meanwhile, what is the different between KPD series DVR, AVC series and MDR series? Thank you very much

Does anyone know about IVS camera from Avtech? There are some model with new feature, such as AVK 522 has smart zoom function. So, I guess these cameras use varyfocal lens. Is it right? Where do I have to install the camera? Can I put in crowded places or only in certain area that doen't have a lot of people? How about the lifetime of this camera since it has motorized lens? Because if the cameras doesn't use varyfocal lens, the zoom will be digital zoom. And the result will be not clear enough. How about AVM602V, does it have smart zoom? Thank you very much

Dear Mr Leo Thank you very much for reply I'm sorry, I meant is username and password when we try to connect by network. The default for username and password is "admin". How to retrieve this username and password if we don't remember? Or should I make a new account? If we don't remember DVR password (default is "0000"), could I just take of the baterry? thank you very much

AVC798 has loop input and DVDRW KPD679 doesn't have loop and DVDRW

Ussually it's automatic detect Just connect the cameras in to video input bnc. When the display of cameras is not stabel, turn off the power then turn it on again

To make an account on dyndns, I have to use an email. Could I use the same email for some dyndns account? 2. How many hostname could put into the same dyndns account? 3. Do you have another eagleeyes software for Android? Because I have a lot customer and the eagleeyes software for android only could fit 2 hostname? For blackberry and symbian, it could fit a lot of hostname. 4. When I do playback on DVR, could I zoom the playback/zooming for snapshot? I need to print the image from playback DVR. For geovision DVR card, they have zooming function for playback. But when I try to print the image, it's blurred. Thank you very much Lucky

Dear Leo Thank you for your reply. Does it means that i don't have to register to dyndns.com? Could you tell me the steps one by one please ? There are 4 user level on KPD series DVR. Supervisor, power user, normal user and guest. What is the different between power user and normal user? One more thing, I still not able to use digital zoom on video viewer. The button can't be pushed even in live or playback. Thank you very much
