    ViewLog GV SS v8.3 give green screen

    crnagora posted a topic in Geovision

    I have a gv-600, and recording with h264 codec on v8.3.1 . The problem arises when I go to the ViewLog to show recorded video. Instead of images ViewLog gives green screen, but playback is proceeding normally. Is it possible codec problem or something other. Thanks in advance.
