i see... thank you sir...... so i think the only i need to do is the software that compatible to my DVR.. that's my problem i dunno what software i will use if i have the serial of board of my DVR anyone can say what software i need to use???

i use that option 1, i connect my DVR to my PC, my PC detect it but don't have drive appear on my (My Computer) at the option 2, i dunno how that do and i don,t have any software can playback its records

thank you sir. but i try that number 3. i connect the hard disk directly on my computer and my computer detect it and same no local drive appear for hard disk.... by the way, my DVR name is expose

anyone help me please... i have 4 channel DVR, i want to backup the file but when i connect it to my PC using usb connector, my PC detect it but no drives. what software i need to see the file of my dvr to my PC?? thanks.... im new here, sorry if i post in wrong tread....
