yes sir... but I'm confusing because my dvr style is not like that but same name

anyone help me please... i have 4 channel DVR, i want to backup the file but when i connect it to my PC using usb connector, my PC detect it but no drives. what software i need to see the file of my dvr to my PC?? thanks.... im new here, sorry if i post in wrong tread....

i see... thank you sir...... so i think the only i need to do is the software that compatible to my DVR.. that's my problem i dunno what software i will use if i have the serial of board of my DVR anyone can say what software i need to use???

i use that option 1, i connect my DVR to my PC, my PC detect it but don't have drive appear on my (My Computer) at the option 2, i dunno how that do and i don,t have any software can playback its records
