Dear All Thank you very much for your kind reply. The issue is that i have many servers ( about 3 Servers in each building), each Client will gather images from one of those servers, now if one server is down all relacted clients will not display images, and that is the problem i need to solve. Hello Guys I have an issue in designing IP CCTV system for a hotel, the hotel consists of two Buildings, building 1 consists of 26 floors with total of 200 Cameras, and building 2 consists of 28 floors with total of 200 cameras, there is no problem in the floor design level, i have used one data switch for each three floors and one fiber core switch per each building, the issue is that there is two different control rooms one at each building and client requires that each control room controls / Monitor the building cameras (200 camera per each building) and in case of one of the control rooms has been down the another control room can handle the control / Monitor for the two building, in meanwhile i should use virtual matrix to provide the features of the conventional analog CCTV matrix, i am thinking about using Luxriot Software and ACTi cameras. kindly help me how can I achieve the hot standby configuration and you might recommend me the number of monitors per each Control room.
