pbm

my dvr is using video server e software and has been working great for about 3 years now. but i tried to log in to dvr remotely and software could not find dvr, so when i returned to where dvr is i was going to check dvr network menu settings to see what had changed and to my amazment the network part of menu was gone, i just have camera stting in menu , oh yes a went to advanced menu and it is not no where to be found. anyone know what has happened and how to get network menu back on dvr.
