NetVision DVR Cards PTZ control problem
netvisiondvr replied to ak357's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
Hi ak357. Actually,Some of the Speed Dome do not support the function of AUTO PAN .However ,we have thought out a solution to solve your problem about it. We have modified the software ,and when you execute the order of AutoPan,then it could make the camera turn left continuously (which is the same with the function of AutoPan) Hope you will be satisfied with my answer. -

netvisiondvr replied to drapme's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
using HW has becoming a trend,it takes up less CPU resource.the H.264 card can reach D1 resolution, and there are almost not copy products in the market.so I recommend you choose HW. -

netvisiondvr replied to ashraf's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
I suggest you can consider this one, which is H.264 compression card, and it can be branded as your brand and changed the logo to what you want, all button pictures can be replaced.it absolutely not copy products.we hate the guys who make copies.as for price,we can talk by MSN or skype, because we don't know how many you want. -
NEW CCTV setup, Need input on what to buy
netvisiondvr replied to silverspl's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
if you need to build a surveillance system in your warehouse, your could set up 16 cameras in different positions of your warehouse(the dome is expensive),a 16 channel DVR card and camera cable is necessary.as for the HDD capacity,it decided by motion frequency and image quality.if often motion and set up a best image quality, the required capacity is big. maybe we can talk about it by MSN,please feel free to contact. msn:sunrise4251@hotmail.com -

What card for my computer?
netvisiondvr replied to maggitmay's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
hi, I wonder where you are and how your budget is,we have high quality DVR card and we have dealers in many countries, our best VN400XHC card support D1 image quality,if you have some interests ,please visit our website. msn:sunrise4251@hotmail.com -
hi, I don't know what your system setup includes,if it has "Alarm send email setup" feature, you can use it so that you can be reminded by email when there is an alarm occured.

we have very earnestly discussed the problem about NV4008CE card you found, which did not appear among all our users.Maybe you can check the software recording setup again.AS for cards and software themselves, all products we sent were tested, they should be no problem.we sincerely hope we can communicate by MSN or Skype, how do you think?
-
Thank you very much for supplying detailed information to us.the motherboard and via chipset are no problem. Maybe you can check the temperature of DVR host, because 4008CE card chip can give out more quantity of heat when it working(but 400XHC card will not),if the environment temporature beyond 50?,the card DSP maybe stop working and the recording is also stopped,So ensure exhale heat for your DVR host. If not this problem,I think it's card's error.

I guess that maybe your disk space is not enough.well, can you tell me what the brand of your mainboard is.please check it and tell us.

allow remote view but not downloading
netvisiondvr replied to jeromephone's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
It will be a tough thing to satisfied your cutomer's need. whether remote dvr client or IE client will provided download the record file only if it can access the sever. but if you stop connect ,how can client view the live video. just like fish and bear's paw, two of the best, but only one to get. another revolution, custom the special function to your software provider. forbid a download button is OK! -
a serious and important issue on GEO , the similar problem with famous brand products. an old chinese says: big trees suffer much more wind. i have never seen any copy of our product, they are all original but people who insists on legal cards would buy a original card made by small company, just like ours(NET Vision) or a fake card with well-known brand ,as GEO VISION.

The manual is enough for your problem.

NetVision video drop
netvisiondvr replied to Wachhund's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
when you don't choose the right type for camer. this kind of case will happen. eg: you camera has the NTSC type but you set it as PAL type in software settings .and the 25% video of this channel which should be show at the bottom of the window would be at the top of the window and the singal is not very good just like jumbled color.hope to help you. -
How to capture POS screen on CCTV viewing panel?
netvisiondvr replied to homeless2's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
buy an commutator could satisfy you. but i think CollinR also give a good advise. we used a TV box for one channel input on our PC dvr without any covert parts.so accordingly, u can use video card with S-video in POS PC as input of one channel. -

[Please keep posts on topic. For instance spamming about your product is not on topic in a Geovision disscussion. Please note doing this makes your product look bad and makes yourself look unprofessional. Given the already poor reputation of companies based in China, may I suggest not being a prick and pissing off the mods while offering reason for the community to look down on you.
