Hello i need an encoder to monitor traffic and read licence plate, car arounds 50km/h, i tried an axis q241 but using 4cif resolution i have interlascement problems i need to find an encoder that would grab 4cif or D1 without those interlacing problems, i need 7.5fps/channel max your help would be appreciated

jpeg 2000 is unnecessary for this application, and i need to encode 24 cam, so bandwith and storage will be problem

at night yes, you can't have both licenses plates and a correctly exposed overall scene during day exposition is ok, here is a day shot:

i put the camera in the simplest settings, no backlight adjustment, no exposure zone adjustment, just put target brightness @ 25% to have a correct illumination for the plate...
