hi, i have two analog to ip video servers made by a korean company called 9Plus information technology inc. and the brand is called thousandeye or TE with model number PWT 301 and PWT 304. my question is: i want to know where i can download the owner manual and software for them since i can't find it anywhere on Google. I have already contact the all the tech support i can find and none responded yet. if any of you own such video server. please tell me how i can reset it or wat is the default ip address. i have connected them to the router but no ip address i found router lead me to the configuration page. i got these video server without any documentation or cd. i believe the video server is functioning since all lights light up normally and in sync with router when i plug them in. all power supplies are original. thank you for all your input and helps.
