This strange block of pixels is appearing only in recorded video. I thought it might have something to do with the privacy mask but faces can be seen clearly. This happens on recorded video about every minute in a random place. The DVR is a hybrid and this happens on the analog cameras and the IP cameras. Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?
