Does anyone know of a good still camera (motion triggered) that will function outside and at night? I was thinking that some kind of hunting/game camera would work if placed out of reach of course... This would work to complement my existing security cam setup. Ideally, I don't want it too be like a neon sign.

My first install was fairly pain free, but I did accidentally hack into one of the extension cables while I was cutting electrical tape. It looked as though I pierced the outer cable shell and some of the inside sheathing/shield. The wires looked OK though. Can I just wrap this cut up with some electrical tape? Thanks again.

Thanks. Just out of curiosity--is it also possible to attach a new male mini din connector to an extension? Or is it too much work?

I will be setting one of these up for the first time. 2 questions: (1) I'm assuming it's safe to run camera extension cable on the exterior of the house. Is this true? (2) What are the best clips to use to fasten such cable to the house (through aluminum siding)? Thanks everyone.
