Hi Guys... I know it's an old post but I'm posting it so that someone can actually fix their prob. I had this PCI dvr4000 card for ages and it worked perfectly. the motion settings needs to be adjusted till its working properly. the older versions of the software had some probs with motion detection and managing space on the HDD's. theres information on the manual on how to configure motion settings too. try this link for the user manuals and stuff.
