  1. I try to explain the problem. If you set the monitor port in quad mode you can see all the BNC input in the same TV frame as follows: BNC1 | BNC2 ------------- BNC3 | BNC4 and if motion occours, the mail is sent with the quad images perfectly. If you set the monitor port in sequence mode you can see only one of BNC input at time in the TV frame as fiollows -> BNC1->delay->BNC2->delay->BNC3->delay->BNC4 ->delay-> |< -- - - - - - - < - - - - - - - - < -- - - - - - - - < - - - - -| If motion occours on BNC2 the mail is sent not with the BNC2 image but with the image currently displayed from monitor. The image attached in the mail is the image present on monitor port when the motion occours!!
  2. Thank's for answer but is not a sequence probem!! The dvr send the image currently displayed and not the image with motion.
  3. I have an AVTECH 760 with firmware release 2.0.1.0. I noted a problem with email notification. When cyclic image is set on dvr and a motion is detected, the mail is sent with current showing image and not with the image related to motion. Example: Image rotation is set on the monitor port with sequence camera #1 -- camera #2 - camera #.... The monitor is showing camera #1 and the motion event happen on camera #3 the mail is sent with correct header (Motion_3-trigger) but with the camera #1 image. There is a firmware upgade that solve this problem ? I found the release CPD5601_AVC7601_2030.rar. Can i try tu put on my AVC760 ? Thank's Cico
