My AVTECH KDP674ZB-C has firmware version 1010N-1003N-1005N-1002N, which I suspect is outdated. Two questions: 1. What is the best way to contact AVTECH technical support? Preferably email or chat. AVTECH's website only has a phone in Taiwan... 2. Do you know what is the latest firwmare for this DVR and where I can get it? I have seen several links on the web, but I am not sure how compatible various KDP674 are. For instance, is my KDP674ZB-C compatible with KDP674A?) Thank you.
