hi guyz , i am just going crazy here , pulling my hair for the last month trying to get this thing to work , i using a kmc - 4400r CARD WITH diginet ver 4.110 , i also have an rx reciver ( dv720c series) and rs232 to 485 converter .
i changed the com port setting baudrate to 2400 and i kept the diginet prootcol in pelco-D-SD .
i was able to test the cam using the rc reciver by short circuits the jumpers in testing mode , and cam zoomed in and out no problem . but when i connected the 485 to the rx reciver ,, ( D+ on the 485 to A on the reciver) and D- on the 485 to B on the reciver ) nothing works , the baud rate on reciver are set to 2400 and the protocol is pelcdo D and ID cam is set to 1 .
i tryed connecting the cam stright to the 485 without hte converter but as soon as i did this the cam start zooming IN all the way by it self .
please tell me what am i doing wrong , this is my first time with PTZ cam or at leaset Zoom cam .
