Hi, I have this box from CnM Secure, http://194.150.201.35/cnmsecure/support/primus4chan.htm. I have connected the box via VGA to monitor and connected one camera into Video Input. I turn on the box and get no signal, there is no power light on the camera. There is a second wire off the camera which doesn't seem to fit anywhere on the box. The instructions seem to suggest this second connection is for power. The attached image shows the back of the box, the camera connectors and the extension connectors. Can someone tell me how to connect so I can get feed from camera. Thanks Tom

Thanks MacIcon, I have it working now. We had some camera boxes lying around so it was hard to know which wires were for which product, and I didn't realise there was a power splitter cable.

When I enter the network dialog, the fields are pre populated. The subnet is set to 255.255.255.0 which is correct, the gateway is set to a default value, I change it to match my router ip and then I get the "set gateway failed" message.

Hi, my wife got this box for her shop and wants me to set it up. However when I go into Network and try and set the gateway I get a "set gateway failed" message. I just want to set it up so we can access over the internet or local LAN would do. Can anyone help? Thanks

Thanks for the reply Dan. I have set up some wireless networks before, though not recently, so have some idea about the process. My problem is that in trying to set the default gateway on this box I get a "set gateway failed" message. Maybe I am missing something here. There is a wireless network set up at the shop. I assume I can connect the cnm box to the wireless network and access that way?
