i am trying to connect on a local lan but its not working for some reason and i dont know what i am doing wrong.
this is what i do:
-connect Ethernet cord to both the dvr and the pc
-open up IE and type in the address 10.1.3.216
things to keep in mind:
-this used to work before but i messed around with the settings and now it doesnt work
-my pc is not connecting to any router or modem. i has no internet at all
- i tried loading default but that didnt seem to solve the issue
any ideas what the problem might be?
