Got a response today with a tracking number. Product shipped today. (5/10 11pm) I appreciate all the input about your experiences, both positive and negative. I'm a little disappointed with not hearing anything about a delay for almost two weeks, but if the product is as advertised no harm done. Once I actually get the product, I'll report back...

Anyone here had any experience with Spytown.com? I placed an order on 4/28 with them, sent an inquiry a week later and still haven't received status on my order as of 5/10. Thanks for the help.

I'm looking at a decent home use security camera, bullet style, w/IR and was looking at Mace as suggested by some folks here. I've seen three Mace models I'd consider: CAM53CIR - I've found for about $120 CAM66CIR $150 CAM74CIR $127 I look at the specs, and the only differences seem to be the mounting for the 66 and 74 conceals the wires (good) and distance for the IR performance. And the 66 seems to use a 6mm lens vs. 3.6 for the 53 and 74. Anyone have experience with these models and have suggestions? Thanks for the help!

First, I live in a suburban area with street lights. One of the cameras will point toward the street in front of my house, and at my driveway in particular. One camera will be in back of the house pointing toward my back fence. On one side of the backyard, there is another major street with street lights, the other side is a neighbor with no light coming from that side. There is always enough light to walk without stumbling over things in the dark. At night with no moon, I can see stars directly overhead, but they are pretty much washed out by ambient light about 1/3 up from the horizon. I would be open to a decent I/R CAM as well. I had bought a CMOS I/R (Swann DODC) for the front driveway view just to get started with but was disappointed with the video quality.

I'm setting up a camera system around the outside of my house. I'm looking for a good camera for the $$ and have found the KT&C EX190SWX for $76 online. The specs on the camera look pretty good, but there is always more to it than specs. I've spent quite a bit of time looking at many brands of cameras and am open to any suggestion for the best camera for the dollar. I'm hoping some of you with experience could point me at the best quality video.
