Is there a way to use the geovision card GV-1240 (16 channels) with version 8.01 of the software? I have tried to do it but with no success, it seems that the card is not visible to the software. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello, i have the follwing problem with v8.5 of the Geovision software: In Live Object Index, when i move either formard or backwards, it does not display all the recorded frames, but suddenly jumps in time ommiting to show several of the already recorded frames. The card i have is GV-1240 with 16 video channels. Have you any idea how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello, I have the following problem with Geovision software V8.5: In Live Object Index, the button that switches between cams is Inactive. I have tried reinstalling everything, with no difference. Does anyone else have this problem? What can be done to fix it? Thanks is advance for any help.
