Hello how do you guys handle a take overs where the existing security company will not provide the customer with a lock out code (Install/Master) We currently have a customer that isn't under any type of contract but the existing alarm company will only provide the code if they paid them for it, (over $100.00) We have even gone so far as to get the Manufacture involved but no luck with them because there is a dealer lock out code installed Please help asap..............

Well we are looking for a good middle of the road DVR with networking. Around the price (I know you get what you pay for) of the Speco t16Ip. Mangerment wants something that ADI, Tri-Ed, or any other nation company may carry. We do have a few Speco's in clients locations now and never had a problem. But we are looking to be more main stream with the other alarm/cctv companies in the area. Any info would be helpful
