    I would think the possible way would be via USB or Ethernet or a USB storage device, I'm not sure if a USB data transfer cable would work . my DVR is a Motorolla DCX3400-M . I don't want to watch the shows directly on my laptop so i don't want a tuner, just copying my pre-saved shows ..
