hi , i have a hikvision 16 ch dvr, the dvr is great and i love it, but the only problem which i face is that when i try to view the video in the lan network through the ip address or ivms-4000 its extremely lagging, can any one provide me the correct setting to watch the video lag free thanks and should i have to use tcp or udp? and have any new firmware released?
