I was able to get around the camera setup problem with the newer 2335-I by loading an older 2332-I camera onto the NVR4216 first. then removing the camera from the network and plugging the 2335-1 to the same IP. I then received a green light with the NVR4216 interface and camera began working. I Do notice that the newer 2335-I camera have the H.265 video output. My version of the Dahua NVR4216 Firmware 3.200.0000.R6 does not have support listed for the codec. will this be a possible firmware update to get the H.265 cameras working with this codec? Would there be something to gain by making these changes.

Just Bought 5 of the new ds-2cd2335-i camera's and the one that I have unboxed and installed works fine with the older Dahua NVR-4216 on my network. I recently purchased another Dahua NVR with a new Firmware on it and this fails to load the new 2335 camera? I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem? I will open the boxes on a few more later today to see if this holds true to all the newer ds-2cd2335-i firmware 5.3.3 camera's.

I have a set of Costar 2500h cameras one is a 2500h and the rest are 2500hx. I do notice that the 2500h has switches SW1 for the termination, but the 2500hx models have an additional set of switches next to SW1 switches. What do these do? the documentian i have have seen does not tell me what these are for?
