    I have searched every available option in the menu and do not see anywhere to reformat the drive. How do I reformat the drive?

    First of all Hello! I have an H.264 8ch dvr in my home and have had it for about a year and a half. Today I was trying to playback some footage and every time I try to playback something I get an alarm sound (Long , loud steady tone) and then the DVR freezes up and I would have to unplug the DVR to get to view my cameras. I can view no problem but when I try to payback is when I have the issue. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
