    Hello all, I ask for help, I have an AVTECH model AVC791ZB (EU)-ITA-B (this is what I read in the back). The firmware currently installed is 1009-1003-1005-1002 FTP does not work and sometimes crashes. I have performed many tests, including those from different PCs, replaced the HD. I ask if there is a latest firmware and where can I download it. I tried to contact the AV TECH but did not receive support, with email and fax. Thank you all Frank
