I have installed a GV600-4 V3.5 with 8.2 to a client and works perfectly within 3-4 months and suddenly all drivers were lost so we re-installed the gv-system and works again. But after few day all drivers were lost again so we did re-install and got a problem of incompability of the GV-system. The error says to use a lower version of GV-system when in fact we already use previously the 8.2. Can somebody help or any info of what the problem is? We already tried on other PC but still we encounter that incompatibility error. Thank you.

All of my clients complains on the DMMultiview 8.3, its so slow and it always hangs everytime it losses connection on the internet. I have checked personally to every client using this 8.3 and it is true it is so slow, it even display only 1 camera and it hangs up. I checked the internet connection and the slowest speed ive recorded to all of my clients is 684kbps. Is there a bug on this 8.3 release of DMMultiview? Thank you.

I got this message this morning on my DNS Client software provided by geovision below the error message: Network Error (tcp_error) A communication error occurred: "Connection refused" The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time. For assistance, contact your network support team. Does my Internet Provider has a network problem? thanks, dretch
