Thanks for the response. I'm in Lower Bucks County, and plan on doing the majority of the work around here. I haven't really thought about exactly what systems I would offer, but it would vary depending on what the customer wants to spend.

Hello all, new to the forum. I currently run a small Apple consulting firm( Macintosh computers & software), but I am trying to get into the cctv business as well. I have installed a few cctv systems, and know the in's and out's pretty good. I enjoyed doing the installs, and would like to get into it more, My question is do I have to be licensed in PA to install and design cctv for residential and/or business clients? I looked all over the web, and Pennsylvania's state website, but could not find a clear answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated ... Also does anyone recommend certifications, such as NAAA's?. Or are they just a waste of time? Thanks for any help. John
