It seems problems in the protocal, pin code and baud rarte. Actualy maybe you should figure out the pin code of both edge of PTZ and optical TX in RS-232. And on terminal OSD to search the PTZ if it is not exist may you need set up the PTZ firstly to name camera ID e.g. PTZ 1 or camera 14.. By the way also check how is baud ratre it default in the camera and terminal ( bothe baud eyou be same)

Simple say AGC is mean make sensor more sensitive in the dark ambience and IRE @X is mean how sensitibe in low lux

Many solution one is megapixel CMOS IP camera or HD-SDI camera. If you prefer to use CCD you could consider effio-S the new and high performance but not too much supplier make it.

I think there probably two main reason effect it one is the case is not tightly to seal case so the cold air into the case and you know IR to heat the cold air caused the fog and another worst is the temperature is too high to melt sin (becasue some crappied supplier for saving cost to use bad rawmaterial. If is the first you could try open the case make it dry and then seal it tightly ( maby use silicon or something you could) then make pilot run in the house if it happens I htink you beter send it back to fix.

Honest speaking I prefer to use the Micro digital for excelent qulaity and performance. As you know Av and Hikivision is made China. Although Av is based in Taiwan but no one want to take those made in China, unstable quality...

Hello, If you mean how to incoporated the Video survelllian to the ATM, I think you should consider mini (Pinhole/core lnes type camera) and mobile type DVR. But you need to check does it needs recording transaction data in DVR. If it does it means you need some one features the Text overlay functione or an unit( Text overlay insert box). BU the way, if you can not make sure how is the enviroment arround the ATM you better consider the OSD board camera( Pinhole/corelens) to default best parameter.

As you stated your efio-e is seems great but does it funished OSD button or OSD cable for how does programable the parameter? And 16Ch DVR, you should verify the specification for how FPS in which resolution e.g. D1 HD1, CIF or QCIF. otherwise even you own those good high resolution camera but DVR helpless to process those effect pixel. I do not think the AVtech afford high resolution 16Ch DVR maybe you could googing and if you need any help pls feel free to PM me.

Hello, First of all, I am not sure are you in USA, if you are please familiarized you law there. Because CCTV is not allow equipped any audio. If you are offshore, maybe is fine, as you required, it means you need RCA plug camera and DVR is caple of 4Ch audio recording.

I think this issue should devided into two, one do you need all-in-1 solution ANPR or you just need a camera which support capture LP. If you only need camera there are many type you could choose. Box, Bullet, Dome.. All depends on your project.
